The 55 m2 apartment is located in the Mitte discrict, in the area of Wedding.
The location is central and the area is perfectly connected with the rest of the city –closest underground stations are U9 Nauener Platz and U8 Pankstrasse.
The apartment is spacious and bright, with a nice and useful balcony. All rooms are fully equipped and there are a double bed and a double sofa bed to host up to four guests.
It is the best solution for a weekend and/or for a long staying, especially if you like to travel light. Amira offers all the comforts of a hotel, plus a cosy and friendly environment.
Towels, sheets, blankets, washing-machine, oven, microwave, coffe-maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, TV, DVD player, hairdrier and a bathroom with a buthtub and a window on the courtyard.
For the most adventurous guests, there are bikes at your disposal. If you’re really lazy and you drive there, no problems, all the area is free parking.

El piso tiene 55 m2 està ubicado en el distrito de Mitte, en la zona de Wedding.
La ubicacion es central y la zona està bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad –las paradas de metro mas cerca son U9 Nauener Platz y U8 Pankstrasse.
El piso es muy amplio y con mucha luz, y tiene un balcon muy bonito y util. Todas las habitaciones estàn bien equipadas y hay una cama doble y un sofa cama para un total de cuatro personas.
Es la mejor solucion para un fin de semana y/o una larga permanencia, sobretodo si te gusta viajar ligero. Amira te ofrece todas las comodidades de un hotel, mas un ambiente acogedor y agradable.
Toallas, sabanas, mantas, lavadora, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, nevera con congelador, TV, DVD, secador y un baño con una bañera y una ventana al patio interior.
Para los mas atrevidos, hay bicicletas disponibles. Si eres muy perezoso y quieres conducir tu coche hasta ahì, no hay problemas, la zona tiene aparcamiento libre.

L’appartamento di 55 m2 è situato nel distretto di Mitte, nella zona di Wedding.
La posizione è centrale e l’area è ben connessa al resto della città –le fermate metro più vicine sono U9 Nauener Platz y U8 Pankstrasse.
L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, con un balcone utile e bello. Tutte le stanze sono completamente fornite e ci sono un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto per ospitare fino a quattro persone.
E’ la miglior soluzione per un weekend e/o per una lunga permanenza, soprattutto se ti piace viaggiare leggero. Amira ti offre tutti i comfort di un hotel, più un’atmosfera accogliente e familiare.
Asciugamani, lenzuola, coperte, lavatrice, forno, microonde, moka, tostapane, frigorifero con congelatore, TV, DVD, fon e un bagno con vasca e una finestra sul giardino interno.
Per i più coraggiosi, ci sono delle biciclette a vostra completa disposizione. Se sei veramente pigro e decidi di raggiungere Amira in macchina, nessun problema, si tratta di un’area a parcheggio libero.
